When is the last time you heard from you insurance agent?
‘Set it and forget it’ has been the industry standard for too long. I mean think about just how personal your insurance is. Think of all the stuff we as agents knows about you.
- We know how big your house is and how many bathrooms it has.
- You tell us your kids names and their birthdays.
- Even the size of your engagement ring. Heck, we may have even known you were going to get engaged before you did!
I would say that’s some pretty personal stuff. If you’re going to put the trust in someone to share that much about yourself, you deserve some personal attention. So again I ask, when’s the last time you heard from you insurance agent?
If your answer is ‘back when I bought my house’, then maybe it’s time you look into a new relationship.
